Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and VFluxBoard when you use our services. We've written them to be readable, not to trip you up. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to what's below.

The short version: Use the Platform fairly and legally, keep your account secure, and understand that it's beta software provided as-is. Your content stays yours.

1. Who can use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform on behalf of an organisation you're authorised to represent. By using our services you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. One login gives you access to all our products — VFluxBoard, VFlux Collect, VFlux Poll, and VFlux Report. Please let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Your content stays yours

Everything you create or upload — dashboards, surveys, polls, quizzes, reports, and data — remains your property. We don't claim ownership of it. You simply grant us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Break any law, or use the Platform for fraud, harassment, or harm.
Upload malware, attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service.
Collect data from people without their knowledge, or misuse survey and poll tools.
Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
Resell or copy the Platform itself without our permission.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Beta software — provided "as is"

The Platform is currently in beta. That means:

Features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable as we improve things.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We recommend keeping your own backups of important data during beta.

Please keep copies of important data. While we take regular backups, beta software carries more risk than a mature product. Don't rely on the Platform as your only copy of critical information.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Platform running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or updates, especially during beta.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VFluxBoard and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, during the free beta, is nil).

8. Pricing

The Platform is currently free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we'll give you clear notice before any charges apply, and existing content will remain accessible.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in India.

11. Changes to these terms

As the Platform grows, we may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updated terms.
